Select (Single) Add Options isn't available

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a Select (Single) field to a page, which i want to populate with a response from a Get All call from an API. The service connection i added for this works, i can test it and get the expected list of values. But when i add the Select (Single) option, i don't see the Add Options from the quick start menu, only the Create Static List of Options. Every guide i look at shows that option, so why am i not seeing it?
