Housing Deduction Element Not End-Dated After NOD and IA Status Removal

Housing Deduction recurring element remains active even though the employee is no longer eligible after NOD (Notice of Departure) processing and IA status removal.

Employee X has a Notice of Departure as of 9/30/25 in Insight. The NOD is listed in both the employment page and the document section under her NOA/NOD document. She is no longer listed as an IA.  However, when looking in her element entries I see the housing deduction is still there as of 3/31/26 when it should not be.

  • Employee received an NOD effective 9/30.
  • The NOD is correctly reflected in the employment record and document records.
