URGENT: Input Interface Upload Clears Sales Order Lines and Shows Zero File Size for Specific Users
Summary:
While uploading a Sales Order Excel file through Input Interfaces > Order, the uploaded file is not processed correctly for certain users. After upload it shows it has 5 lines and once i do run interface:
- The order line data is cleared.
- File Size changes to
0. - Number of Lines changes to
0. - The file remains in Unprocessed status.
The same Excel file uploads and processes successfully when used by another user who has the same role, group, and permissions.
