Can we create a Non Catalog Purchase requisition in RSSP and link to an existing CPA?

Summary:

This is a question related to post "SSP Smart form: How to hide or unselect the agreement type (CPA)?", wherein a step has been provided to enable the fields through VB studio.

Now if we enable this field and have CPAs in place.

Will there be any systemic issues if we create a regular Non Catalog PR and link to the CPA?

Can we link it to any third part (Maximo) PR with CPA reference and integrate back to Fusion? Will there be any issues in this?
