Unable to scroll through Assignment Info section while creating an Offer

We are experiencing an issue while creating an offer in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

When creating an offer, on the Assignment Info section, the page automatically scrolls back to the top whenever the user tries to scroll down using the mouse or navigate through the fields using the Tab key. As a result, the user is unable to reach and complete the remaining fields on the page.

This behavior occurs consistently for the affected offer and prevents the offer creation process from being completed.
