The object ElementEntryId attribute value is null and doesn't match the parent object expected value

Hello Experts, I am loading Spot Bonus entries using HDL. Out of 24 records, 21 loaded successfully, but 3 records failed with the error: “The object ElementEntryId attribute value is null and doesn't match the parent object expected value of 300,005,752,281,997.” The employees are active, have no future termination, and no pending transactions. I want to understand why only these 3 records are failing.
