Usage limit on AI Agent Teams that uses basic LLM

1. I would like to confirm if there are any limitation or "cool down" period if we use Basic LLM AI Agents.

For example, as there are no AIUs being used for general task when using basic (GPT-oss), is there a chance the AI agent chat, or feature goes on a cool down?

For reference, if you use the free versions of chat gpt, or claude. There is generally a limit to the amount of question you can ask before it goes on a cool down. Is there any limitation in case we use AI features that uses basic GPT-oss models?
