ARCS timezone not same across pages

Summary:

ARCS timezone not same across pages. The Service Time Zone is set as (UTC-05:00) Indianpolis, Indian - Eastern Time (ET). Some screens shows the time as ET while others defaults to (UTC+00:00) Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
Is there an option to have all times displayed in the Service Time Zone or User set Preference Time Zone?
