How to remove a Learner from a Self-Paced Learning Offering that is in a Course with a Renewal?

Summary:

Hi, I'm a new Learning Administrator in Oracle Learning and my organisation is currently using version 26A (transitioning to 26B in August). I would like to know how I can remove (withdraw or unenroll) a Leaner from a Course that has a yearly renewal? The course has a Self-Paced offering. I need to remove the Learner so that they don't receive the Course again to complete again in 12 months. When I am in Learning Assignments, the Learner has 'completed' the offering and is not required to complete this again as the Course is no longer required for their role.
