Lookup Value Added in Application Composer Sandbox Not Visible After Publishing in Oracle Fusion

I am experiencing an issue in Oracle Fusion Cloud CX Sales and Service Application Composer. While working in a sandbox, I added a new lookup value and verified that it was available during sandbox testing. However, after publishing the sandbox, the newly added lookup value is not appearing on the target page or in the corresponding field dropdown list for end users.

The sandbox was published successfully without any visible errors, but the lookup value is not reflected in the live environment. I need assistance in identifying the cause and solution for at.
