how to reassign task to other person basis AOR after certain defined days

Hi Team,

Do we have option to reassign approval of one user to another user basis AoR if there is no action on the approval after certain defined days?

Requirement:

If a resignation approval remains pending for more than 15 days from the resignation submission date, the workflow should automatically route the transaction to the respective user (basis AoR) for necessary action and closure.
