Some users are getting an error on opening an OTBI Analysis.

Context
 All of our users bar 2 are unable to open an OTBI Analysis and get the error shown in the image attached. Security is not an issue as they are able to open other analyses containing many of the same columns and the same work area. There are no prompts in this analysis and the filters shown are same across all users.
