Workflow notification title is not translated according to the user preffered language.

in Fusion Applications Administration

Hi Experts,

To set up the notification title to show according to the user preferred language I followed these document:

I have configured the title as followed:

When i set the user preference to ENGLISH , I get correct result :

BUT When i set the user preference to HEBREW , I Face the issue , instead of showing the title in hebrew it shows the key : Custom Notification

Could anyone help me on this.

Any input from your side is truly appreciated.
