Missing Me > Interviews tile (ORC)

Summary:

We have an issue that was reported in which the Interviews tile under Me went missing after 26B upgrade. I did some investigation and the Interviews tile is not showing if the user has only the employee custom role but when I add hiring manager or recruiter role, the Interviews tile under Me would be visible. I also checked this using the Oracle Lab environment to validate. Even with the seeded Employee role, the Me > Interviews tile is not showing but when I add hiring manager seeded role, it will display.

Is this an expected or default behavior? If yes, what security privilege can we add to the employee role so that employees will have the Interviews tile? We have a requirement that employees should be able to set their availability through Me > Interviews > Availability.
