Prescreening Questions | Conditional Display of Mandatory Attachment Field Based on Yes/No Answer

I'm working on an Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation and have a strong client requirement around prescreening questions for external candidates on the career site.

The requirement is the following:

• A prescreening question with a Yes/No answer (mandatory)
• If the candidate answers "Yes", a follow-up field must appear requiring the candidate to upload a mandatory attachment
• If the candidate answers "No", the attachment field should not appear at all

A concrete example is certifications management: the question would be something like "Do you hold any relevant certifications for this role?" — if Yes, the candidate must upload the certificate before being able to proceed.
