Making Resume/CV Mandatory for All Job Types Except Internships on External Career Site

We have a business requirement from our client where the Resume/CV attachment should be mandatory for all job applications on the External Career Site, except for Internship postings, where it should remain optional.

As a possible solution, we have already proposed creating a separate Job Application Flow and linking it to the Recruiting Type (Internship), so that whenever a recruiter or hiring manager selects that Recruiting Type while creating a requisition, the application flow with CV as optional would automatically apply — while the standard flow (with CV mandatory) would apply to all other recruiting types.
