Ability to Default Salary Payrate Components Value in Change Salary VBS Page

Problem Statement

Currently, Oracle HCM Visual Builder Studio (VBS) does not provide a way to default Salary Pay Rate Component values conditionally (e.g., based on Employee Grade or other worker attributes). Salary Basis configuration supports defaulting components only with a single fixed structure (percentages/amounts) and does not allow multiple defaulting structures driven by business conditions.

Idea / Enhancement Request

Enable the ability to default Salary Pay Rate Component values using VBS defaulting rules based on employee attributes and conditions, such as Employee Grade (and other configurable criteria).

This enhancement should allow customers to define conditional defaulting logic
