Enable Rich Text Editor in “Detail” Field for VBS Configure Validations Messages

Problem Statement

In Oracle HCM VBS Configure Validations, the Detail field used to present validation messages appears to be plain text only, alongside fields such as Summary, Severity, Target Fields, and Error Code image.png. As a result, teams cannot format long validation guidance clearly, nor can they include clickable hyperlinks, structured tables, or visual aids. This limits usability and often forces overly long or unclear messages, increasing user confusion and support overhead.

Idea / Enhancement Request

Add a Rich Text Editor (RTE) capability to the Detail field on the Configure Validations page, with support for safe, controlled formatting and embedded content appropriate for enterprise applications image.png.
