For Non lot, Non Serial & Non COO item the FIFO rule will honor?

We have a client requirement to honor the FIFO rule for non-lot, non-serial, and non-COO items. I tested the FIFO rule for the item, and it is picking quantity based on the earliest locator received date instead of the earliest received date overall.

For example, I have the following received dates in subinventory FG:

  1. 5 units received on 02-04-2026 in Locator A
  2. 5 units received on 03-05-2026 in Locator B
  3. 5 units received on 03-27-2026 in Locator C
  4. 5 units received on 04-12-2026 in Locator A
