Create Job Requisition- Details section Error response during RestAction through HM login

Summary:

Issue in Hiring Manager

While creating a Job Requisition through the Hiring Manager login, the system is returning the error message 'Error response during RestAction'.

Additionally, the Details section fails to load

Navigation>>Login as Hiring manager with the mentioned role

 My team>>Hiring>>Create or initiate a Requisition>>enter the steps and click on next until you reach Details section in the requisition you will see the Rest errors.
