User/Role audit

in Fusion Applications Administration 2 comments

I have been tasked with preparing a report for our Internal Controls department, which lists the following.

  1. Role creation/updates, including who made the creation/update and when
  2. Uers-Role creation/updates, including who made the creation/update and when

Can someone please point to the correct audit tables (tablename with underscore appended) to use for this purpose? Or any reports output the box that may be available, which show this information?
