Can Oracle Learning show courses without active offerings in the catalog but block enrollment?

Hello,

We have a client requirement related to Oracle Learning. Currently, learners are able to enroll in courses even when there is no active offering, and the client does not want this behavior.

Desired outcome

  • Courses without an active offering should remain visible in the learning catalog for learners to browse.
  • Learners should not be able to enroll in these courses unless an active offering is available.

What we have tried so far

  1. We reviewed the Self-Service View Mode Options for Default Learning Access in Oracle Learning.
    • Detail view allows enrollment even when there is no offering.
    • No view removes the course from the catalog entirely.
