View only access with super role

Hi Team,
The below profile option isn’t working as expected for view‑only access in the Redwood UI. Is there any possibility, or any other profile option, that would allow the user to see all details while restricting them from having full super‑user access?

Provide Read-only Access

Some users might need read-only access to Oracle HCM Cloud. The Read Only Mode (FND_READ_ONLY_MODE) profile option controls read-only access.
