View team time cards by business unit data access

Hi Team,

We try to customize a 'Time and Labor Manager' role, which can view team time cards by assigning different business unit data access to custom role and user account. after that, user can access time cards from multiple departments. How can we set security profile to custom time and labor manager role?

e.g. Role: Time and Labor manager_custom

user 1: access team time cards from department A, B, C

user 2: access team time cards from department D, E, F
