Apex files upload

Team,

We are building one application in apex where customers use it to upload files and retrieve files. There will be multiple files around 100 per day and there will continuous file growth.

We have hosted apex application in oracle database service(DBCS) which is hosted in OCI. In the database server,available space is only 150GB,hence we cannot use it and also it cannot be extended beyond 150 which is a limitation.

What other options we have considering the performance. Please kindly advice.
