Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Approval Based on Leave Occurrences

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to configure Absence Approvals based on the number of leave occurrences made by an employee.

For example:

• 1st to 3rd occurrence – Approval by Branch Head
• 4th to 6th occurrence – Approval by Zonal Office
• More than 6 occurrences – Approval by HR

The occurrence count should be based on the number of absence requests submitted by the employee within a defined period (for example, a calendar year).

Could you please suggest the possible approaches to achieve this in Oracle Fusion HCM?
