Will Oracle restore/rollback non-production environments to a previous point in time?

Hi Oracle Community,

I'm wondering if anyone has any information about rolling back non-production Fusion (26B) Saas environments?

It's my current understanding that if we wanted to roll back a PRODUCTION environment to a previous point in time - then Oracle does have that ability and can perform those actions (after customers submit SR's asking for it).

Does anyone know if this same feature is available to the NON-PRODUCTION Fusion environments? In our current use case, we will be in a period of time where P2T won't be an option for us (based on project/business needs). So we are trying to determine our options (if any), as it pertains to rolling back the non-prod Fusion space in the event something goes completely wrong.
