Exclude Accounts in Opening Balance Rule

Summary:

We have list of accounts that we want to exclude in the Opening Balance carry forward calculation.

This set of accounts are tagged as Revenue Account type and data is being loaded through FCCS_ClosingBalance_Input.

It is also sibling of equity accounts and not inside the FCCS_Net Income hierarchy.

Is there a way to exclude certain accounts to not calculate the opening balance?

We tested setting the Time Balance property to "Balance" and it worked. However since these accounts are inside the seeded Balance Sheet hierarchy it does give metadata validation error that it is required to set to to "Flow" instead.
