Summary:

Visual Builder Studio login fails with error "Sign-on policy denies access." Logins both from fusion via "Edit Page in Visual Builder" and via OCI VBS console displays the same error. As per checking with Browser Network logs I can see "SSO-1033: No matching sign-on policy rule found.SSO-1033: No matching sign-on policy rule found." This is happening for all users and we are logging in fusion via SSO.

Issue started immediately after adding and then removing "OAuth Client for Visual Builder Studio" from the Default Sign-On Policy, when trying to fix the 90s VBS timeout after the Oracle IAM Upgrade.
