Transaction Approval history page- approval history is not display correctly. It is out of sequence.

Hi -

We have identified an issue where the Approval History page is displaying approvers in an incorrect sequence. Based on our testing, the approval workflow itself is functioning correctly and routing transactions to the appropriate approvers in the configured order. The issue appears to be limited to how the approval history is presented.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue recently or identified a fix/workaround?
