Additional assignment info stuck while convert pending worker

Summary:

Dear Team,

We are facing an issue while converting a Pending Worker to an Employee. The process is getting stuck at the "Additional Assignment" step. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.

I have been assigned all the required roles, including the super user role, but I am still unable to proceed the Additional Assignment section.

Could you please assist in identifying the cause of this issue and advise on the next steps?
