New Legal Entity Name: Zensar Technologies Inc. DBA BridgeView Life Sciences LLC

Effective Date of Change: 01-Aug-2026

The legal entity was acquired approximately two years ago and is currently being used across Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, HCM.

 Business Requirement

Due to statutory/country-specific requirements, the business wants:

All historical transactions up to 31-Jul-2026 to continue displaying the existing legal entity name "BridgeView Life Sciences LLC".

All new transactions created from 01-Aug-2026 onwards to display the new legal entity name "Zensar Technologies Inc. DBA BridgeView Life Sciences LLC".
