Global Search Shows People Only, No Actions Returned

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with the Global Search ("Search for people and actions") in Oracle HCM.

When users search for employee names, the search correctly returns people results. However, when searching for actions such as "Hire an Employee", "Add Assignment", or other quick actions, no action results are displayed.

Based on the Oracle documentation and screenshots we have seen, the search bar should be able to return both people and actions.

We would like to understand:

• Are there any prerequisites or configurations required to enable action search results?
• Is there a profile option, privilege, or feature that controls the visibility of actions in Global Search?
