While processing a separation, can we set the default assignment status to Inactive - No Payroll

While processing a separation, can we set the default assignment status to Inactive - No Payroll for specific person type.

for example: when we separate staff, assignment status should be Inactive payroll eligible

when we separate Gratis personal, assignment status should be Inactive - No Payroll
