Rest errors when trying to view termination details - Redwood

We recently enabled the redwood Termination and Resignation pages and now, when we navigate to the Termination Details page we are getting several rest errors. I believe there is a security privilege or role needed, but I have played around quite a bit and can't seem to get it working. Any suggestions? These users did not have the issue until enabling redwood.
