Cross-App Integration (PBCS <-> FCCS) vs. Strict Network Perimeter Restrictions

Summary:

We are hitting a roadblock regarding Oracle Cloud EPM network perimeters and want to see how others have handled this, or if anyone has found a viable workaround.

The Issue:
We have restricted Cloud EPM access using a network perimeter that only allows specific corporate IP addresses. We now need to enable direct integration so our PBCS and FCCS applications can talk to each other.

According to Oracle documentation, the standard solution is to whitelist the entire regional data center CIDR block (e.g., 240.0.0.0/4). However, our Information Security team is heavily pushing back due to the potential exposure and cross-tenant access risks this might introduce within that shared regional data center.
