Can I replicate catalog and category from master item to some organizations?

Summary:

I am using the "New Item Request" to create an item. The "Fiscal" area needs to populate some categories at organization level, but my "New Item Request" refers master item. When "New Item Request" is approved, use Item Rules to assign item to inventory organizations.

After that, I would like to assign the catalogs to these organizations. Is there any functions to use in item rules to do this assignment?

My catalogs are controlled at organization level, because at any given time, the user can only change the category in one organization.
