any way to enable Contract/PO e-Signature in Procurement without a paid doc. sign solution

Summary:

We're looking to enable electronic signature for Procurement Contracts and Purchase Orders (Standard PO, BPA, CPA) in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, but want to avoid the added licensing cost of a third-party e-signature provider (DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, OneSpan).

From what I've found in the documentation, Fusion's electronic signature feature ("Configure Electronic Signature for Procurement Documents") requires configuring one of these three certified providers — there doesn't appear to be a native, Oracle-only signing engine.
