Oracle Learning – Outlook Calendar Invitation for Past ILT Sessions

Hello,

We would like to clarify the standard behavior of Oracle Learning regarding its integration with Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365.

If a learner is enrolled in an ILT session that has already taken place (i.e., the session date is in the past), or if a completion record is removed and the learner is required to retake the training, does Oracle Learning still generate and send a calendar invitation to Outlook/Microsoft 365?
