Redwood PR: PDF Not Available for View Only Users

Hi everyone,

I noticed that in Redwood, on the PR screen, it's not possible to view the PDF when the user has View Only permissions.

Is this expected behavior? If so, what's the reason behind this change?

In the Classic UI, users with View Only access were able to open and view the PDF without any issues.

Has anyone else encountered this, or is there a configuration that enables this functionality in Redwood?
