Monitoring & Evaluation in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio – How to Access Session-Level Details?

Hello Oracle Community,

We are currently using Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and have encountered an issue with the Monitoring and Evaluation feature.

The metrics and usage data shown in the Monitoring and Evaluation dashboard do not appear to be fully accurate or are difficult to reconcile with our expected usage. To investigate further, we would like to understand the underlying sessions that contribute to these metrics.

Specifically, we have the following questions:

  1. Is it possible to access individual AI agent sessions from the Monitoring and Evaluation tab?
  2. Can we drill down into a specific session to view:
    • The user prompts/questions submitted to the AI agent?
