Redwood Purchase Orders - Requester dropdown not giving results

Summary:

On the Redwood Purchase Orders screen, when navigating to the distributions tab, the requester dropdown does not work for some users. When they press the pencil icon to edit, if they type a new name, no suggestions pop up. User cannot type a name as it goes blank when they click out of it.

Nicholle is the original requester. We cannot change her name with this user. But many other users have the dropdown working to change who the requester is. Is there a missing privilege this user needs? This user has all of the same roles as other users who are able to change the requester…
