Can I change Phase/Status where quick action 'Reject' moves applicant?

Summary:

Client has requested when they click on the Quick Action = Reject it moves candidate to another Phase/Status.

Is currently set to move to New/Rejected by Employer but they want this to move candidate to their own Status of New/Unsuccessful to be notified.

Is this system hard coded or can I change via CSP in some manner?

Documentation makes mention of using Actions > Move or Quick Move but can't see how is linked to Reject button.

• If use Action > Move and candidate applies and goes to New/To be Reviewed does system just automatically move to this nominated Phase?
