ORC | Audit Log for Candidate Profile Source Change

Currently, Oracle Recruiting Cloud does not provide a dedicated audit log or history table to track changes made to the Candidate Source field. Candidate Source is a critical data element as it determines profile ownership, sourcing attribution, reporting accuracy, recruiter accountability, and compliance monitoring.
At present, when the Candidate Source is updated, there is no standard mechanism available to identify:
• Who made the change
• When the change was made
• The previous Candidate Source value
• The updated Candidate Source value
• The reason for the change
This lack of auditability creates challenges in maintaining data integrity, investigating ownership disputes, and supporting compliance requirements.
