Redwood Termination employment - Inconsistent Termination date

Hi Team,

When we have notice period months in assignment and while terminating employee, noticed inconsistent Termination dates are populating. If we have notice period is 1 month then sometimes it is coming as 30 days, 29 days, 27 days based on the month of notification date. Can anyone knows how this notice period months is calculated in Redwood pages. Please share if you have any document related to it. Thanks
