Not Able to View Learning Assignment Completion Data for a Self-Paced eLearning Course

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with one specific self-paced eLearning course and would like to understand if anyone has encountered a similar situation.

Issue Description:When attempting to view learner assignment/completion data for a self-paced eLearning course, no learner list is returned. We have tried accessing the data using both methods below:

  1. From the Learning Catalog list
  2. From the Course page

Neither method generates the learner assignment list for this course.

The affected course is "2026 IT Security Foundations."

What's puzzling is that we have another self-paced eLearning course configured in the exact same manner, and we can successfully access the learner completion data for that course using both methods.
