Redwood Create Job Requisition – Submit Button Unresponsive on Initial Submission

Summary:

We recently enabled the Redwood Create Job Requisition experience and have received multiple reports that the Submit button is unresponsive when leaders create a new requisition.

Observed behavior:

• After selecting Submit, the requisition data is saved, but the page does not refresh.
• The requisition is not submitted for approval and remains in Draft status.
• When the user reopens the draft requisition and selects Submit again, it submits successfully and routes through the approval process.

Troubleshooting completed:

• Cleared browser cache.
• Tested in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
• The issue persists across browsers.

Has anyone experienced this behavior with Redwood Create Job Requisition, or are there any known causes or configuration issues that could result in the initial submission failing while subsequent submissions work as expected?
