Auto provisioning Roles and Data access sets

Hello Everyone,

We have configured auto role mappings to automatically assign roles to users based on their positions. The LDAP synchronization process runs every hour, and whenever there is a change to an employee's position, the process provisions or removes the associated security roles based on the role mapping.

However, we have observed that the auto provisioning data access sets associated with those same roles are not automatically updated. To provision the Data Access Sets, we have to manually run the Autoprovision Roles for All Users scheduled process.

We have position changes occurring throughout the day, and at times, users require immediate access to the roles and the corresponding Data Access Sets. As a result, we currently need to run the Autoprovision Roles for All Users process 3-4 times a day.
