New version question, with question instruction change only, into the "in use" questionnaire Journey

I created questions, added to a questionnaire template, added the template to the questionnaire then the questionnaire to a Journey template. This questionnaire is "in use" as the Journey template is currently being assigned and completed.

I made a change to a question "instruction" by creating a new question version. The questionnaire does not reflect the update.

I need the new version of the question to appear when a new Journey is assigned.
