Error When Changing Pending Worker Start Date to a Past Date

Hello,

We are facing an issue when trying to change the proposed start date of a pending worker to a past date using the Employment Start Date action, as it returns the error below.

When we reviewed the date mentioned in the error, it appears to be the actual date the pending worker record was created.

Also, when we use the Edit Pending Worker action, all dates before the pending worker creation date are greyed out.

Please advise whether this is expected behavior or if I need to raise an SR.
